Can Text Input pre-fill propertybank content ?

I want to pre-fill content into Text Input field, which user filled last time, but Text Input only have placeholder field, have no place to fill last time content let user edit, user need too enter content again. Is it possible to have a place to pre-fill content to Text Input Brick ?
